Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo : John Dylan Adams Charged With First-Degree Murder

A third man has been charged with first-degree murder in the 2011 kidnapping and death of Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo, the prosecutor confirmed Wednesday.
A grand jury in Memphis indicted John Dylan Adams on eight felony counts Tuesday, including premeditated first-degree murder, aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping.
The special prosecutor in the case, Shelby County Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Nichols, confirmed the indictment late Wednesday afternoon after it was first reported by NBC station WSMV of Nashville.
Jason Wayne Autry and Adams’ brother, Zachary Rye Adams, were previously charged and face the same counts with murder and kidnapping in the case. They were charged with the same rape counts in the indictment handed up Tuesday night, Nichols said.
All have pleaded not guilty.
