How to control your mind – Changing negative thoughts

You can’t be tempted unless you have first thought about the temptation. All temptation is linked to what you think about. Therefore, control your thoughts, and you will control temptation. This is a simple but profound truth. It’s the reason most people fall into temptation. Satan can only work with what you give him, so don’t give him any space in your mind!.

A lot of the struggles that people deal with are really only thoughts.
Learn to fight the good fight of FAITH and take control of your thoughts. 90% of what you worry about never even happens.
If you don’t control your thoughts, your thoughts will control you.

If you don’t control your thoughts, they will control you. Watch what your thinking about & focusing on. As soon as you realize your thoughts & focus are becoming negative stop it immediately & change your focus.

Think positive thoughts & watch them come into action. Think negative thoughts & watch them consume you. -Which do you prefer?

Don’t let people around you have control over you. You can control your thoughts, and you can control how your day turns out  don’t let them bring you down…

Make sure you you control your thoughts by not only being around positive people but listening, reading, and watching material that will allow you to grow. Don’t feed your mind negativity because it will only bring you more of it. The ability to control the actions that produce healthiness both in body and mind are dependant on your attitude, moods, and actions that come from them. Stay strong, feed your mind positive things

Our thoughts create our reality so it’s integral to be aware of them. Mine got away from me for many years until I read a book that made me aware I could ‘talk back’ to the bad thoughts in my head. I still have them sometimes but when I do, I pull myself up and say to myself ‘those are not my thoughts’. Keep the good ones and throw away the bad ones. It takes work but if I can do it, anyone can.

Are you getting in your own way?!You control your thoughts. You control your actions and reactions. You can create the mindset needed to achieve your goals. Believe it!

You control your thoughts. Your thoughts create your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your reality. You better think YOU CAN!!!!

Getting your thoughts disciplined and under control is one of the first steps in freeing yourself of the burdens of the world and beginning to enjoy life despite the burdens of the world.

Our thoughts, actions and words are prayers. Are you stuck on the negative? If so, you in a way are praying for more negative things to support your beliefs. How can you break the cycle, refocus and start praying (thinking, speaking, acting) for what you actually want? Notice what deserves to be celebrated in your life and start there!

Do you control your thoughts or do your thoughts control you?
Our brains are like a tree with roots and branches (neural pathways) extending far and wide. If we don’t learn to be The Boss of our thoughts then any difficult experience can topple us over and paralyze us with fear and self doubt.
