A former Macon pastor wanted for allegedly raping a teenage girl in January 2013 has been captured.
According to Lt. Sean DeFoe of the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Pastor Yohandry Bravo allegedly raped a 16-year-old girl twice in January 2013.
The victim’s family was living with Bravo at the time, because he apparently asked members of his congregation at Ministerio Internacional Jesus es el Senor to move into his home after the death of his 15-year-old son in November 2012.
DeFoe says Bravo was caught Tuesday when Atlanta police stopped him for a traffic violation, and saw he was wanted.
They took Bravo to the Clayton County jail, which notified the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
