God created romance, love, and marriage for our pleasure; but He also designed these relationships to teach us something of the tenderness and steadfastness of His own love for us. His love for us is sacrificial—He died to provide an eternal home for us. His love is unconditional—even when we stray, sin, and disobey, His love is as infinite as ever. His love is faithful—it never wavers or varies in durability or duration. His love is eternal—we’ll never outlive or outlast its reach.
