Take time to care for the people that have been put in your life.
The Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 5:15-17, “Make the most of every opportunity. Don’t be vague and thoughtless, but live accurately and purposefully.” If you’re going to reach your highest potential, you’ve got to be an on-purpose person.
Instead of thinking, “This stinks, I can’t believe this happened or that happened.” Have the attitude, “It’s just more fertilizer. God is getting me prepared for something more greater.”

JOEL OSTEEN'S QUOATES ON LIFE
|joel osteen church|
I declare by Joel Osteen : Arise and declare, “God, I know there’s nothing too hard for You. I know You have the final say.” When you realize you’re heavy with favor, you‘ll have the boldness to believe for the fullness of your destiny.
Important Quotations on Life : You’re not defined by your past; you’re prepared by it. You may have encountered some great obstacles, but it’s because God has a great future in front of you.
Trying to Keep Everyone Happy : Don’t miss your destiny trying to keep everyone happy, everyone fixed. God didn’t call you to be unhappy in order to keep somebody else happy.

Plan of God for Your Life : You may be facing situations where you don’t know how it’s going to turn out or how you could accomplish your dreams. That’s okay. God has it all figured out.
Arise & Shine : Isaiah 60:1 says, “Arise and shine, for the glory of the Lord is upon you.” The word glory in the original language implies God’s favor is heavy upon you. There’s an emphasis on the weight. Isaiah was saying that you didn’t just get a little favor, enough to get by. You are heavy with favor.
Quotes About Disappointment : Disappointments are inevitable, but misery is optional. No matter what kind of setbacks you face, no matter who does you wrong, don’t stay defeated. Thank God that favor is coming your way.
Thoughts : Negative, defeated thoughts will drain your energy. You wouldn’t be facing it if you couldn’t handle it. You’re anointed for this—God would not have allowed it if you weren’t ready for it and equal to it.
What Does God Say About My Future : No matter what you’ve been through, no matter what others might have thought about you…you are who God says you are. You are talented, you are a success, and you are an overcomer!

God's Deliverance : God is not going to deliver us from every difficulty. He is not going to keep us from every challenge. If He did, we would never grow. The scripture says, “Our faith is tried in the fire of affliction.” When you’re in a tough time, that’s an opportunity to show God what you’re made of.
Spiritual Intelligence : You have skills that can open new doors, skills that can lead to an abundant life, but those skills have to be developed. Every day you spend growing and learning gets you prepared for a new level.
Low Self Esteem Quotes : Don’t let your own thoughts tell you that you don’t measure up. God said to Samuel in 1 Samuel 16:7, “Don’t judge by appearance or height, for he is not the one. God does not see things the way you see them.” People judge by the outside, but God looks on the inside.
How to Carry Someone : There are times in life when you have to carry someone; they don’t have the faith on their own. Your faith can cause your child to accomplish his dreams, your faith can cause that friend to get well—your faith can be what God uses to push someone into their destiny.
I Have What it Takes :
Don’t say, “I don’t have what it takes, I’ve reached my limits.” The right attitude is, “I’m blessed, favored, well able.” Your best days are still out in front of you.
The If I had it all Mentality : It’s easy to think, “If I had more money, I could accomplish my dreams. If I had a bigger house, then I’d be happy. If I had more talent, then I could do something great.” But as long as you feel like you’re lacking, you’ll make excuses to be less than your best. You’ve got to have a new perspective.

Trust God : You can go through life fighting everything that doesn’t go your way, and be worried, negative and upset, or you can stay in peace knowing that God is directing your steps. Even the detours, the dead ends and the U-turns—it’s all going to work to your advantage.
Unconditional Love: It’s easy to love people that are just like us. That doesn’t take a lot of effort. But what about people that are different than us? Unconditional love says, “I’m going to love you even if I don’t agree with you.”
Shake off the Shame : Put your shoulders back and hold your head up high. Nothing that was done to you, nothing that you’ve done, has changed your identity. You’re still a child of the most-high God. His plans for you are still for good and not evil. Shake off the shame.
In Place of Strife : Don’t open the door to strife. When you go the extra mile to keep unity in the home, you’ll not only have God’s anointing and blessing that comes from being in agreement, but you’ll have His protection. He’ll keep you from unnecessary trouble.
WHAT TO DO WHILE WAITING ON GOD
The scripture talks about God doing a quick work. There are times where we have to be patient: seasons of waiting, being faithful, passing the tests. But there are also seasons where God will do a quick work, where He’ll accelerate and do things so fast, so amazing that our head will spin.

STEPPING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE
Sometimes God will ask you to do things that you’re afraid of. Just because you’re afraid doesn’t mean you’re not supposed to do it. You have to get out of your comfort zone and do it afraid. If you play it safe all your life, you’ll never reach your full potential. That’s what faith is all about.
STEPPING OUT ON FAITH QUOTES
|lakewood church sermons|
Start taking steps of faith. Do what you can and God will do what you can’t do. Do the natural and God will do the supernatural. He’ll bring the right people. He’ll give you the right breaks. He’ll cause things to fall into place.
JESUS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH
You may be up against challenges right now. It’s because you are moving forward. You’re making progress. Keep reminding yourself that God is the author and the finisher of your faith. He helped you to get started, but there’s something more important: He is going to help you finish. He didn’t bring you this far to leave you.
SERMON ON PSALM 37 2
Psalm 37:23 says, “The steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord.” Sometimes when you encounter a difficulty, it’s not because you’re doing something wrong, it’s because you’re doing something right.
EMOTIONAL ENERGY CENTERS OF THE BODY
Pay attention to what you’re dwelling on all day. Listen to what you’re saying. How much time and energy are you giving to the negative things of your past? You only have so much emotional energy each day. Get out of the “was” and step in to the “is.”
QUOTES ABOUT LIFE BEING UNFAIR
When you go through difficulties and unfair situations, it may be uncomfortable and you may not like it, but God is getting you prepared to take you higher than you ever imagined. It may look like it is there to defeat you, but God is going to use it to increase you.
HOW GREAT IS OUR LORD
When you start talking about how great your God is and how no weapon formed against you is going to prosper, saying, “This didn’t come to stay, it came to pass. I am more than a conqueror. I can do all things through Christ,” that’s when God will make things happen that you could never make happen.
Don’t let how you were raised or what somebody said keep you from knowing who you really are. Check your spiritual birth certificate. You’ll find you’ve been made in the image of Almighty God.
QUOTES ABOUT LETTING GO AND MOVING ON
When you let go of wrongs, that doesn’t mean you’re weak, you’re giving in, or you don’t care what someone did to you. Instead, you’re saying, “God, I trust You to be my vindicator; I trust You to open new doors; I trust You to get me to where I’m supposed to be.”
Joel Osteen Word of the Day
When God gives you a dream, when He puts a promise in your heart, it doesn’t mean it’s going to come to pass with no opposition. There will be things you don’t understand, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get discouraged, but remember your dream. God didn’t bring you this far to leave you. You may not understand it, but God is in control.
Have a big vision. Make room for God to do something new. You cannot out-dream God. God thinks big. He thinks overflow. He thinks more than enough. Whatever you’re dreaming about, you need to get ready. God’s going to supersize it.

-biblical definition of favor
We all want to go to a higher level; we want to see more of God’s favor, but sometimes you’ve got to come off of the mountain you’re on and go down through the valley so you can go up a higher mountain.
God has something better, something greater in store.
Lakewood Church Ministries Quotes:
It may not be easy, you may not understand it, but faith is trusting God when life doesn’t make sense. Dare to believe that He’s blessing you even in the dark places, that what is meant for your harm is going to work to your advantage.
