Benny Hinn - New Year Message

Why does God desire for you to be blessed financially?.

Proverbs 13:22 tells us,
“A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.”

This is His blessed Word which clearly declares that the day will come when the wealth of the sinner will be given to the righteous.

The reason? To take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations! You will want to invite your friends and family to watch this amazing telecast on changing your circumstances as you discover God’s heart for souls, beginning today!.

Darlene Zschech Faces Battle with Breast Cancer , please pray for her.

Posted on December 29, 2013 by Darlene Zschech  at hopeuc.com

Dearest friends, We pray you have had a wonderful Christmas thus far.

Mark and I wanted to share with you some news that has touched our family over the last two weeks. On Wednesday, December 11, at a routine mammogram, the doctors discovered that I had developed breast cancer.

Since then, it has been a whirlwind of appointments, scans and surgery.
Thankfully though, I came home from hospital on Christmas Eve and, with the help of our wonderful team, I was able to watch our HOPE UC Christmas Eve service streamed live into our lounge room.

Even though the past days have been very tough at times, the Holy Spirit has brought me endless comfort and the Word of God is literally holding me moment by moment.

My husband and children have been heroic and I can’t thank my family enough for their love and support through this.

Our church leadership team have anointed me with oil and prayed with unity and authority, a band of trusted friends have helped me prayerfully and practically, and it is only now that I have felt able to share this with you.

To be completely honest, this is not the kind of news anyone ever really wants to tell.

However, I have seen two absolute miracles in my body thus far and I know there will be many more to come.

I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to my surgeon Dr Trevor Currer, the incredible nursing team at the SAN hospital and the Central Coast APAC nursing staff who have extended so much kindness towards me.

Through all of this, my heart is overwhelmed with God’s love and goodness.

Psalm 1, Eph 3, Jeremiah 30, Psalm 66:12 … ‘we went through fire, and through water, but YOU brought us out to rich fulfillment’; Psalm 41:1-3 … the list goes on and on and the WORD of God sustains me.

It brings me no end of comfort to know that you will be praying for my swift recovery.

Let’s stand together and pray for ALL of those walking through such challenges at this time.

Praise God that His name is GREATER than anything we are facing!!! I DO know that 2014 is going to be AMAZING.

I pray you are rested up and refreshed in this season and ready for all that God has planned for us TOGETHER to achieve for His glory! Just keep bringing thanksgiving because this is the entry point to His courts, where our hearts are fuelled and our souls find peace.

Love you dearly, more than you’ll ever know.

Paul Enenche - Worship and Wisdom

And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.
For he was wiser than all men; than Ethan the Ezrahite, and Heman, and Chalcol, and Darda, the sons of Mahol: and his fame was in all nations round about.
And he spake three thousand proverbs: and his songs were a thousand and five. 1 Kings 4:30-32 .

Everybody needs the wisdom of God to excel in life.
This wisdom is accessed by worship.
Wisdom is the benefit of true worshippers.
Wisdom flows in the direction of worship.
Solomon, who was one of the wisest men that ever lived, was a worshipper; a man of praise and proverbs; a man of worship and wisdom.

The world began to look for the wisdom that God had put in his heart.
Paul was a man of deep worship and heavy wisdom also (See 1st Thessalonians 5:18 and 2 Peter 3:15).

Paul radiated the wisdom of God. Murmuring affects reasoning. Murmurers stay in the level of zero mentality.

Ingratitude is a killer of the mind. This is why it is necessary to constantly have an attitudeof gratitude.

Some of the benefits of the wisdom of God that comes through a lifestyle of praise and worship include:a) Distinction:
The Bible says in Eccl 8:1, Who is as the wise man? and who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? A man's wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed.

Your worship will bring you wisdom and this will make you stand out.b) Profit and Increase:
Worship brings wisdom and wisdom brings increase (1 Kings 10:35).

Wealth travels in the direction of wisdom.
A wise man is a wealthy man.c) Long Life:
You are not permitted to die before your time when you have wisdom (Eccl 7:12).

This wisdom is accessible by praise and worship.
The wisdom that will prolong your life is released now, in Jesus' Name. Remember this: murmuring affects reasoning.

1. Ask God to give you the wisdom for profitable living.

2. Connect with this wisdom through fervent worship.

O Lord, give me the grace to worship You in order to connect with the wisdom that brings distinction and prolongs life, in Jesus' Name.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome - Today's prayer point

Psalms 47:6-9 "Sing praises to God, sing praises!

Sing praises to our King, sing praises! For God is the King of all the earth; sing praises with a psalm! God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne.

The princes of the peoples gather as the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth belong to God; he is highly exalted!

For 15min at 12noon and 10pm (local/GMT) we'll worship the Lord with singing: for He has done great things in our lives.

He spoke and it was so;
He commanded good for us, and it came to pass.

Blessed be the Lord who has made us victors forever.
